Arkells

This poster is a take on minimalist caricatures of members of the band with the use of only outlines and line weights. Each has their own specific hairstyle which I used to identify the person, then fit them together using angles of their outlines. The lead singer – Max – has very curly hair that tends to expand and take on a life of its own, so I thought it would be fun to have that curling it’s way up to forming the band name at the top.
